Air Dunnage Bag

The purpose of air dunnage bag / dunnage bag is to secure, stabilize and protect cargo in containers, wagons and hold in order to avoid damage during transportation.

The outer shell of the dunnage bag is made of a durable and tear-resistant material such as woven polypropylene or Kraft paper. It provides strength and stability to the bag and protects it from punctures or abrasions. The inner bladder is the inflatable part of the dunnage bag. It is typically made of a flexible plastic material, such as polyethylene or polypropylene. The bladder is designed to be inflated with compressed air, expanding the bag to fill the available space and create a secure cushioning effect.The valve is the component through which the dunnage bag is inflated and deflated. It is usually a one-way valve that allows air to be pumped into the bladder but prevents air from escaping unless intentionally deflated.The deflated dunnage bag is positioned within the void space between the cargo and the walls of the shipping container or vehicle.
